I just returned from a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff here are absolutely amazing, they introduced themselves to me and made me feel incredibly welcome. The room I stayed in was enormous and so relaxing. The hotel is situated in the perfect location, away from the chaos of the city, and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the friendly door man to the helpful receptionist. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The location, service, and amenities offered here are all exceptional.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! The room was cozy and had a great view of the surroundings. The in-room massage was great, and the chocolates they gave us were a nice touch. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
The WiFi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel, which was a bit frustrating. The bathroom could use some improvements, like more towels and better water pressure in the shower.

Enjoyed Christmas stay, delicious food served during the festive season. Location was perfect, somewhere quiet but near the busy spots. Room was spacious and had a nice balcony where we enjoyed the view.
Room wasn't as clean as expected, found dust in some areas. There was no extra bed even after paying for the extra person charge.

the location was secluded and perfect for a getaway. the balcony had a great view of the landscape. the rooms were spacious and luxurious. the hotel staff was amazing and friendly.
Some of the amenities advertised could have been better, and the dining options were somewhat limited.
